Established in 1964 by Vince Himlie in Shelton, WA, our team has had the privilege of providing Real Estate services to Mason County & more for just over 60 years.

Originally known as Himlie Realty, we joined the Windermere crew in '93. As the first Windermere branch on the Western Washington Peninsula, we began serving the nearby surrounding regions of Thurston, Kitsap, and Jefferson counties.

We are proud to partner with Windermere, regionally owned & operated in Seattle, to donate proceeds from each & every sale to local housing charities right here on the Olympic Peninsula.

Our dedicated team is passionate about giving back to the community, hosting and volunteering at local events like OysterFest, Hood Canal's Hoodstock in Union, Love INC at Alderbrook, Olympia's Cap City marathon, Windermere Community Service Day & more.
