Originally known as Himlie Realty, we joined the Windermere crew in '93. As the first Windermere branch on the Western Washington Peninsula, we began serving the nearby surrounding regions of Thurston, Kitsap, and Jefferson counties.

We are proud to partner with Windermere. Regionally owned & operated in Seattle, our partners across the peninsula & Himlie Realty donate proceeds from every sale to local charities right here on the Olympic Peninsula.
